When I decided to restart my blog, one thing I said to myself is that I wasn't going to NOT write because I felt I had nothing entertaining to write about. (<---triple negative?)
Well, good news is I felt a whole lot better health-wise today- less snotty. I ran today for the first time in 2 weeks, but my first...clear-lunged? run in nearly 3. Felt ok, pace was slower than I'd like, but hey- you have to keep training in order to maintain.
